Mission & Vision
L.I.B.B.Y E Resources was built with one mission in mind: to prepare our youth for real life, not just a job. Too many young people—especially in underserved communities—don’t have access to the tools, skills, and mentorship they need to step confidently into adulthood. We saw that gap, and we decided to do something about it.

In May 2025, in Carson, California, L.I.B.B.Y E Resources was born. What started as a few weekend workshops quickly grew into a full program—because the need was greater than we imagined, and the youth were ready for a change. Today, we offer career readiness training, soft skills development, life skills coaching, and real-world experiences that give our youth the confidence to walk into any room prepared.

At the heart of everything we do is one belief: every young person deserves the chance to succeed—no matter where they come from. By building resilience, teaching responsibility, and helping youth believe in themselves, we’re not just preparing them for jobs. We’re preparing them for life.
Mission
Our mission is to empower youth with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in life. Through comprehensive training, soft skills development, and real-world preparation, we equip young people to build successful futures and become resilient, responsible members of their communities.

We envision a world where the youth in our community will be equipped with the skills, confidence, and support to lead a successful and fulfilling adult life.
