Empowering Future Leaders: Recap of Our Youth Workforce Training Day

As we gear up for another Youth Workforce Training Day, we'd like to reflect on our first Youth Workforce Training Day. We brought together a group of eager young people ages 13-17, ready to take their first steps toward building their successful careers. The event focused on practical skills that help youth transition from school to the workforce with confidence. By the end of the day, every participant left feeling equipped with tools and knowledge to start thinking of their future and bridging the gaps between real life skills and workforce development skills.

Teaching Entrepreneurship and Networking

One of the key sessions introduced the basics of entrepreneurship. Our future leaders learned how to think creatively about opportunities and how to develop ideas into potential projects or businesses.
