L.I.B.B.Y E RESOURCES, established in May 2025, is gearing up for our very 1st Workforce Training Cohort for youth ages 13-17. To provide the youth with the most impactful experience, we recently launched our 2026 Fundraiser, a Collaboration with Shades of Color.
Founded in 1995, Shades of Color specializes in gifts that uplift and inspire the community. Each product in this collection—from vibrant home décor to meaningful stationery and accessories—carries a legacy of pride and beauty.
Crafted in collaboration with Black artists nationwide, these items not only stand out but also support meaningful community initiatives like launching our 30-Day Youth Workforce Training program and help fund College Tours locally and nationally for the youth.

Why this work matters? Education is currently under attack and as a community, we need to work together and ensure the youth have the resources they need to be successful. Before they can "start that business" or "get that degree" they need experience which builds confidence and character. These tools are neded to get the job done. "Adulting" is only tough when you are not prepared and equipped to handle life's battle. Here at L.I.B.B.Y E Resources, we care about the future of our youth and building up their character. The future needs great leaders and shaping the future starts here.
we need your support! see below for the variety of ways you and your team to contribute to our cause. every bit of effort helps our youth today and tomorrow.
